On slot-022 of mpw4, looks like the sram modules in 
tcam_32x28
are not connected to power. Also, there are substrate only connections (no via to met1) at (1279.72, 485.18) and (1392.88, 77.18) of 
rest_top
. If you have over 40 projects for mpw-5, I could do a quick sconnect/cvc check to possibly identify non-viable projects before you send the data for mask creation.
Sorry, the sram modules in 
tcam_32x28
are connected at the at the 
user_project_wrapper
level. The substrate only connections appear to be real errors, though.
