As per my understanding Openlane only support Diode insertion to fix Antenna violation. This should be good enough for proof of concept to validate any design. Currently i am not much worried on antenna violation - As number of chip fails with antenna will be minimum and we are not targeted for any commercial release or High volume - Where yield is a concern.

I believe OR's global router has some metal hopping options (I'd have to check the code).
