@Talha Bin Azmat the message is from Xyce. It is telling you it can not go into the specified directory. Check permission flags of that directory. When you have problems try manually start Xyce from the terminal. Go into the directory containing the .spice file and run:

Xyce circuit.spice -r circuit.raw
