I can't edit the netlist from xschem either

Please post in the <#C017P3RAD42|xschem> channel, as you are more likely to find the xschem experts there.

Make sure that you copy the `xschemrc` file from the PDK (at `$PDK_ROOT/sky130A/libs.tech/xschem/xschemrc`) into your local directory;  then if you run `xschem` with no arguments, you will get a helpful page with a lot of example schematics, so you can see how they are set up to include all of the SkyWater device models.
