@Ryan R I need to do a test myself, however i think you need to put a .meas statement that prints the desired parameter (current , voltage or other) on every single run. Then you can easily process the simulator output file and use a plotting program (gnuplot or others, python has a lot of packages to plot data). see the ngspice manual for the .meas parameter.
