Hi everyone, recently I have been looking into using sky130 with the VCS simulator. We would like the option to run timing-annotated simulations of our post-synthesis or post-layout designs. I eventually found skywater-pdk issue 310. Does this mean that behavioral / timing-annotated simulations are not supported at all by the PDK? If not, what work is needed to add this feature?

Talk to Mohamed Shalan. He has fixed the verilog models for timing, and openlane does back-annotated timing simulation, but the versions in skywater-pdk are still broken.
