@Adithyaa V MonteCarlo / Mismatch used to work in older open_pdks install. Recent installs don't have any variation parameter (gauss() / agauss() functions) setup in model parameters, all MC runs will return the same data. This is not an xschem issue, not a ngspice issue, it is a sky130 model issue. Try to notify the open_pdks developers, i have already done, but i don't know if it has been fixed/reverted.
