It doesn't have any response when I click `cancel` . I have done the tape out check for my previous program in MPW7. So is it ok for me to create another project for the resubmisson?

as long as you have a new tapeout job completed then you are ready

but in my previous project, I can't cancel my previous submission, so I have make a new project called "hehecore_resubmission"

just have the precheck and tapeout jobs run again and passing
