top_power_lvc_wpad

and

top_ground_lvc_wpad

, which are the two pads with ground-to-ground back-to-back diodes. At issue is the DIODE layer covering the entire layout of

sky130_fd_io__gnd2gnd_sub_dnwl

layout. Something about this layout causes the cifinput rules in the magic techfile to convert the TAP layers to diodes. I suspect that maybe the lower level cell's diffusion is getting interpreted as "barediff", but this needs to be checked. RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks
