has a small metal resistor ring (donut shape) in the corner. This is apparently designed to cause the center of the shape to be an isolated net so that the position of the two ESD cells must be aligned exactly or else will generate an LVS error. However, the overlapping resistors cause an issue with magic's extraction, because magic's extractor does not allow two devices to occupy the same space. Review and resolve as needed.
