Hi Guys, I tried to plot ids(vds), but I don't know how can I plot this sweep. I need to save the current of nmos and pmos, but the command "savecurrents" or ".option savecurrents" is not working. Second, the sweep of the gate voltage of the nmos is missed and pmos is ok. Any suggestion?

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that the ".option savecurrents" that you mention should actually be ".options savecurrents".

Thanks, the "s" was missed... How can i plot the drain current of the transistor? i(M2[id]) is not working. i am able to plot onlz one ID for one vgs_nmos, where is the error?
