Hi guys, some days ago, i've tried to project this bandgap reference to my device. But in the PDF wich talk about this circuit, doesn't have the paper or book reference. Somebody know where's this circuit from? I need the equations and the theory to do my own bandgap reference. I could just use the MOS W/L values from this PDF, but the tech and voltage are different, so i need the equations. I guess it's from Allen or Razavi... but i can't find it.
