~<@U02Q5NCBMC5> I’ve rerun the caravel_user_project for gf180 from a clean start and still see no issues.  I do have an issue with a CI that I created, but I believe it is CI specific.~

My test includes clone, setup, hardening and running precheck.

strike that, i was just able to reproduce.  the issue was introduced with the latest openlane fix for the via spacing.

What is Linen?
