The spice files are in sky130_fd_pr folder. The easiest way to install the Sky130 models is by cloning and making Open PDK git. https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks

I'm not used to schematics with the open source PDKs, as I prefer to write the netlists directly. If you want an example of the GF180 Open PDK, simulation ready, you can try cloning https://github.com/lhrodovalho/hybridCHIPS2022. There is a folder, gf180mcuC, which contains every file needed for spice simulations there. It is only 1.8 Mb. I just copied it from the Open PDKs installation.

I would like to understand how to fix this issue. If I run this procedure, for sure I will get another problem. It seems any tutorial that I found, has some bugs. The circuit cannot netlisted, if the simulation run, the button is not "red".

So, install Sky130 using Open PDKs. Your models will be somewhere in /usr/share/pdks. Otherwise, you can see the rough path to the models here: https://github.com/google/skywater-pdk-libs-sky130_fd_pr/blob/f62031a1be9aefe902d6[…]6/cells/nfet_01v8/tests/sky130_fd_pr__nfet_01v8__nfet_vth.spice
