First off, thank you for your response. I'm an undergraduate and have started studying layout design, I've already used cmos tech, an wanted to learn Advanced 3D Nodes , I only know FreePDK15,FreePDK3 and asap that provide an open source tech files for this purpose , I don't have access to Synopsys IC Validator so can't use FreePDK3 and NSCU no longer answers ASAP7 calibre deck requests so I would like to have these calibre files or have some other way of continuing my studies.
