Another question, I was reading the aplication section of Ngspice where talks about a solver called KLU used to work with sky130. I was wondering if the latest version 38 contains this solver, because the next paragraphs mention a script called

./compile_linux_klu.sh

to install it. The issue is that after extracting the tarball of the 38-version, I couldn't find it (as you can see in the images) Thanks.
