Well, Thanks. It's really helpfull. I would like to ask abut this, "equivalent to about 11 met1 tracks". What is that mean?

Refers to the vertical size of the standard cells - how many horizontal, minimum vertical space, minimum width metal1 tracks. high density cells are shorter and high voltage cells are taller.
