Ok this is a stupid workaround, but I exported it as GDS2 without pcell information, and then opened it again, and the "well" is in "prBoundary.boundary". So that's exactly my struggle: how to inspect layers, and how to tell what they mean, and how to figure out what layers to use to actually connect the cells.
