Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has useful advice for solving FEOL errors from Klayout during pre-check. Has anyone run into similar issues/know how to fix them. I've attached a screenshot for reference. Thanks!

This could be a local precheck issue. Try submitting to the efabless portal and see if the error still persists. I also got feol violations in the local precheck but on the portal these errors don't show up anymore.

I've seen designs where nsd/psd was added at higher levels to remove the DRC errors between certain cells. Can you confirm that nsd space is less than 0.38um? If you're doing manual placement, you could also separate the cells more if the error is occurring between cells.
