I am using File-> import -> other file into current -> instantiate ->import

Not enough information 1. Which tool. Which version 2. what issue are you facing

I am using Klayout 27.10 for importing analog user project wrapper.gds. And when I add my design (gds file) into the analog project wrapper, the design is exported with different scale and a copy of the design gets imported at 0, 0 coordinate. I did the workaround but combining the designs in magic.
