I'm facing a problem while hardening my design, the detailed placement crashes due this problem, can anyone help please?

That is not a crash but an error.  Which antenna strategy are you using in OL?  Some of them put in crazy amounts of diodes

Thanks :heart: the problem already was in diode insertion strategy.. I changed it and it worked :heart:

0 mean no didoe insertion. try strategy 4

<@U0268926L04> from Matt comment I would say the problem is that strategy 4  inserts  big amount of diodes.

<@U03HYMT1C1G> having no diodes will probably cause antenna violations on your design.
As far as I know, openlane doesn't have any other mechanism to avoid antenna violations other than diode insertion.
have you tried another diode insertion strategy?
