@yrrapt The quality / validity of the models is a totally separate issue to if the models are discrete or continuous. Having real, publically available measured data of the silicon that can be cross-checked against the spice data is why we now have a partnership with NIST. I'm more than happy to send characterization test tiles to anyone who wants to help with collection and publication of that data.
