Hello all, I was trying to find info about temperature dependence of SKY130 process resistors, and I found this message about some issues with modeling. I am wondering, has this already been solved? @yrrapt @Patrick Van Oosterwijck @Tim Edwards and if it hasn't which workaround do you recommend to find out this dependence, e.g. which model parameters to look at? I'm trying to model resistors as temperature sensors and find out which one would work best in my design. thx in advance!

I believe that was fixed with: https://github.com/google/skywater-pdk/issues/169 But I would encourage you to repeat the simulations with the current models to check that you get reasonable results

Hello @yrrapt, thanks a lot for your reply. It seems the model is working as seen below. Now, the question is: is this reliable? They look quite linear, can i trust on that? do you know this or who can i ask?
