@User@User We have brought up our design (temp sensor using openFASOC) and the chips are alive! We are currently automating the testing. I had an additional question regarding the 100 bare dies we get. Is there control over the process centering? can we have skewed corners (i.e. SS, FF, TT, SF, FS). See below 🙂

@User : Corner wafers are not offered as part of MPWs; that's something you get when developing a production design. It also costs a lot, as you might expect.

@User thanks for getting back to me on this. We always or most the time receive skewed corners when it makes sense for our design (i.e. sensors or voltage refs etc..) it helps with characterization and calibration. I am not sure why it would cost a lot though. Thanks for checking!

It costs a lot because the foundry has to run N wafers for N process corners, and they have to tightly watch the process because the limits are a lot tighter on corner runs.
