I'm Holger, I'm working as a software engineer in the metrology department of the SmarAct GmbH, a smallish company (~200 people) located in Oldenburg, Germany, specialized in high precision positioning and metrology. (Feel free to have a look at https://www.smaract.com/ ) My team is currently developing a nano probing system for high resolution electrical failure analysis. You may find some information at https://www.smaract.com/nano-probing . We’re in search of an IC for which we can use both the layout and the actual chip legally for publically demonstrating the capabilities of our system. Especially its CAD and layout navigation features. Does anyone of you have any spare devices which you could provide to us? Even defect ones would be helpful for us. I’m not sure what we could do in return for you. At least some nice die shots should be possible. Citation of your project in our application note, any demonstration video or wherever your chip would be used at our place is obligatory, of course.
