it's aliiiiiive - so far: able to read out my design ROMs and interface with my SHA256 core over wishbone (and get correct results), with the precise voltage tuning (using a rp2040 and a DAC as the controller), going to see if I can get VGA out next (thanks tnt for the trick with counting chip-select cycles to find the approximate right voltage)
