What is the relationship between https://github.com/kareefardi/openlane-cloud-backend-typescript https://github.com/kareefardi/openlane-cloud-frontend and https://github.com/KhaledSoliman/openlane-cloud ?

I believe the last link is an old iteration of the project where the backend and the frontend were in a single repo. (Maybe @User can she more light on that). The separate backend and frontend are forks in which I made some adjustments and enhancements to the original project. The frontend you linked is a real project. Its readme needs to be updated however.
