Hi, Im having some trouble using the sky130 models in a xyce simulations. There seems to be a problem with the W and NF parameters in the equations for AD, AS, PD, ect for the MOSFET models. If I replace the use of W and NF with numbers in the MOSFET properties it runs correctly but if I had a bunch of different sized MOSFETs in my circuit it would be a mess. I am using the sky130.lib.spice library from the open_pdks github repo.
Have you translated the ngspice over to a Xyce compatible dialect yet? I believe there were some Perl scripts and a linked github issue page with what you need to do.

I have not translated the files. I tried using xyce-xdm to convert either my netlist or the sky130 library but it seems that It would just comment out lines because it didn't recognize the syntax. Do you know where I might find the Perl scripts?
