Is anyone familiar with the limitations of using Cadence's tools for open source projects (including academic vs commercial licenses)?

I've been wondering the same thing.  I'm not sure if this agreement is the relevant document, but looking at it, the only restriction I see is that
```The Research Products may not be used for any purpose other than Research Purpose and may not, without limitation, be offered for sale or lease.```

But I would really want to get an opinion from someone with detailed knowledge.
