hello are we able to use the caravel peripherals from the user project area through the wishbone?

We don't have a wishbone multi-master bridge implemented. This was in the system spec at one time but was dropped due to time limitations on the MPW-one design. I requested it again for MPW-two but it didn't happen. I am going to push harder for it to be done for MPW-three.
