Wait, when you click that "Submitter: Confirmed" it freezes whatever was submitted? If I undo that and change it again (back to Submitted) will that repull the git repo?

You can resubmit/update a project but you'll probably want to check with Jeff DiCorpo on whether that's the correct procedure.
