Not sure what to do at this point. Precheck on the efabless server has been running for 4 hours. Can't run it locally due to some bugs in the Docker/Makefile setup.

Maybe @jeffdi could look at the log file on the server and see what it's doing? I expect some of the SRAM designs, especially if they're big, to take a lot of time in precheck---and probably useless at that, because the DRC is going to generate huge numbers of false positive errors. I feel like we need to get you some kind of back-door way to bypass the precheck. My inclination is to say let it run overnight, and if it's still going in the morning we can kill the precheck process and manually force it to say it's done, or something like that.
