I'm working on device level LVS with eventual goal of full chip LVS using magic and netgen. There are some substrate issues, but I think it's possible to handle
user_project_wrapper
and
user_analog_project_wrapper
. I ran the 40 MPW-2 designs and found LVS errors in roughly 1/6 of the designs. Plan to eventually integrate into openlane, but if anyone would like to run device level LVS on their MPW-5 designs, let me know.

Magic's older versions had an issue where substrate connections where not properly extracted. Should be fixed in recent versions
