@User Follow up to my question during office hours, I re-ran the tapeout job and it still fails. The job-id is c3d11712-e2d0-4557-a55a-6d8c470ca18e. It fails during feol drc with nwell.6 drc error on

QR_sky130_fd_io__simple___pad_and_busses

I get a similar nwell.6 klayout_feol drc error pointing to a

HC_sky130_fd_io__simple_pad_and_busses

cell, I don't have that kind of cell in my IP, that must be somewhere else.

@User From your screenshot, you can somwhat see the cell hierarchy on the left. The

*simple_pad*

cell is in

*analog_pad

which is in

chip_io_alt

which is in

caravan

. So you are correct, it is not in your IP.
