I am trying to fill the export compliance letter. For the signature part can I just print, sign and scan the document or do I have to use e-signature? I also could not understand "Printed Name" and "Title" sections. Besides them I cannot find to the "terms agreement" page in the Instructions section of the request. It gives "Page not found." Can you help me?

You can do either - type in your name and date or print, sign and scan.

If you get "page not found", try to replace efabless.com with platform.efabless.com in the url (it was changed recently and some links haven't been updated yet).
