@User: Depends what they are. Magic way overstates the concept of "fatal error" here. I need to go into the code and recast most of them as warnings or notices. All errors during extraction will be put in "feedback" entries, so you can get a quick summary of all the types of errors produced with the command "feedback why" (done from openlane, the openlane extraction script dumps the feedback entries to a log file, but I don't remember the name of that file). Most likely they will fall into the categories of duplicate labels or source/drain tied devices. If any of them look concerning, let me know.
