@User: I can't reproduce the error. I've heard of this problem before, and had the same result; I will probably need to run in a container to duplicate the environment, since it does not appear to occur on either Fedora or Debian. What OS are you running on?

Thanks. I'll see what I can find. Meanwhile, you can ignore all the "minimum hole area" errors as long as they appear on the edges of the design (my suspicion is that this is an integer overflow error, but I have not found the cause yet).
