`One final set of questions if I may...
I'm clear on the Nwell and P Diff and N Diff Layers that lie immediately below the gates.
But what I am unclear about are an additional 5 layers.
What is the NPC (95:20) layer?
Is it a Diffusion?
Do the NSDM (93:44) and PSDM (94:20)layers lie below the Nwell and Diff Layers?
And in the OSU LS chips there is a LVTN (78:44) layer.
And in the OSU HS chips there is a HVTP (125:44) layer.
Where do these layers sit?

NSDM and PSDM are implants which change the threshold of diffusion. So they modify diffusion essentially.
LVTN is another implant that will adjust the channel of nmos devices for a "low" threshold. HVTP is a high adjust for pmos. They all really modify the channel doping so aren't a "layer"
