Minor error (not sure if its actually causing issues) but magic seems to be dealing with file paths a bit weird. It thinks the same file is two different files:

Duplicate cell in folded_cascode_p_in: Instance of cell cascode_bias is from path ../folded_cascode_p_in/./../bias-circuit but cell was previously read from ../bias-circuit.
New path will be ignored. Please check.
