Does anyone know how to update magic within the Caravel docker? I’m running into issues because the docker is running an older version

I think you would need their docker config to do this.

Right now it downloads a docker image with everything installed

Most other people were using the native-install target for the PDK then you just have the newer Magic installed natively (not in Docker) to process the library

Hm I’m trying to run

make user_project_wrapper

so I’m not sure I can do that outside of docker

Yeah, this would be for the pdk install only

any ideas for what to do? the new version of magic (8.3.177) is supposed to resolve some of the errors after the gds output
