The issue I'm seeing is that even though in Magic I've instantiated the
sky130_fd_pr__pnp_05v5_W3p40L3p40
it's being extracted as
sky130_fd_pr__pnp_05v5
.

PNPs installed by open_pdks are supposed to create a .mag view that has the "pnp3p40" layer painted over the base area, which tells magic to extract the device with the _W3p40L3p40 extension.

I found the problem, @Tim Edwards. I was using
sky130_fd_pr__pnp_05v5_W3p40L3p40.mag
rather than the one with
rf
in the name. I guess the first one doesn't have that layer you were talking about maybe? Anyway. Thanks for alerting me

Yes, the one without "rf" is unusable because it has the same name as the subcircuit model.
