@User When the nmos (MOSFET) option is selected in the Devices 1 Menu in magic, it opens up a dialog box. But, the options 'Create', 'Create and Close' etc are not visible even when the dialog box is maximized. What can be the possible solution to this?

I've never seen that before. In the worst case, you can "remotely press" the button from the console window with the command

.params.buttons.apply invoke

I have had the same issue. I am using virtual machine of ubuntu. I made setup on a system with 1920x1080 resolution, the magic worked fine. However when i used the same virtual machine on a laptop with 1366x768 resolution, the buttons Create', 'Create and Close' were not visible on the dialog box menu

I guess I will need to modify the Tcl code for the parameter window to add a scrollbar.
