@User Does magic have shape selection rules such as calibre's INTERACT, INSIDE, OUTSIDE, and (maybe?) OVERLAP (and the corresponding negatives, eg. NOT INSIDE)?

Things are done differently in magic-land. The basic DRC rules are done using an edge-based method, which certainly contains all those concepts, just not something that can be understood as a one-to-one translation. On the other hand, magic also has "CIF-DRC" rules which are done with boolean geometry operations, and so are much more like what Calibre does. But again, it's not a one-to-one translation.
