@User Hi Tim, Is it technically possible to design MLC (Multi-Level Cell), TLC or QLC Flash Storages by Sky130 using Magic? Any ideas of how much capacity/cells can we produce for a NAND Flash using one of these techniques?

Technically, yes. In practice, somebody is going to have to do a lot of work to figure out how to build a complete working system around the SONOS cell, because we didn't get any useful documentation from SkyWater about the support circuitry like the high-voltage charge pumps and such that you need to program the SONOS. So we don't really even know how to make a 1-bit cell, let alone multi-bit cell. But at least the SONOS device is part of the process and you're welcome to play around with some ideas!

No, not at all. I think it's a great idea. But I'm sure it will take several iterations to get it right. The first person to get it right will be very popular. : )
