Do you have a 4x4 tiled sample of the cells?

Aloha Mitch. Short answer no. Have you had a chance to look at Erik's link? Plan is to proceed to tapeout and test chip. If you have any suggestions please let me know. There's also a Truly Fully Adiabatic design style that includes a High-Quality Resonator > 1000. I look forward to discussions. Mahalo

Hi Art. I'm not an EE so some of the discussion was over my head, but I had a few questions about the layout.

Aloha Mitch ... from Erik ... Erik DeBenedictis <erikdebenedictis@gmail.com> "Ha ha! You can tell Mitch that my previous experience with EDA tools was reading the chapters of Mead and Conway printed on an XGP in 1977-1978 and then submitting spice card decks to the 370 at Caltech. You can tell Mitch that I'd be glad for some coaching. The page https://revcomp.org/make-a-chip/ has been updated several times since the figure he marked up. The caption on Fig. 2 has been changed to indicate it is a planning step to work out symmetries of a reversible circuit and not intended to be complete: Fig. 2. Early version of the Q2LAL replicable unit in Magic. However, if you read the current version of the page, you will see that I layed out a single phase that passes DRC. I extracted it with PEX and simulated it with ngspice along with other circuits that have not been laid out.
