@User @User It was not possible to fix all the errors by just changing the implant layers. I needed to move entire contacts which included li layers. Also I noticed the drc deck does not flag nsdm and psdm layers overlapping. Because of the way editing the cells hierarchically by hand works, I ended up making these layers overlapping by accident a few times and would like to make sure I actually caught all of these. Could the klayout drc deck be updated to flag this?
