Although you might not have metal5 for you. If if understood mithro correctly there would be no redistribution layer and the balls of the wlcsp will be attached directly to the top meta, so you'll have the pads spread around the whole chip.

So the actual pads will be only on metal5? And the routing from the IO-cells to the pads will also be done on metal5?
