As a pipe cleaning exercise, I've run one of the example designs (gcd) in OpenRoad through synthesis and partway through floorplanning with the SkyWater cells. Before going much further I figured I'd see if anyone else was doing something similar and wanted to compare notes.

hit a crash during tie splitting (see issue on openroad repo), got fixed recently, now seem problem on routing stage, filed github issue on FastRoute
