@User / @User -- I'll poke @User and @User to respond - my /naive/ non-binding reading of the agreement is that anything developed by efabless in the process of creating the mpw is owned by efabless. IE This agreement gives you no rights to anything efabless develops -- you are not hiring them to create any IP for you as part of the program. Efabless can grant you rights to things (like caravel) through other means than this agreement.
