@Priyanka Dutta I amn't sure what you mean by intermediate results. If you want to view the def file, you can do that using klayout (File->import ->DEF/LEF->add the def file path in Import File -> add the

<run_dir>/tmp/merged_unpadded.lef

to With LEF Files. If you want to view the exact location of the routing violation, open the def file in klayout then go to (Display -> Go To Position), then type the location of the routing violation.
